Party 6.  Ride the Trails on Hathaway Ranch

Experience the beautiful Hathaway Ranch in Oak Run as it's meant to be - on the back of your own horse. The trails and roads provide stupendous views and great footing. When you break for lunch, your hosts will discuss the ranch's grazing practices and tell you all about their business, Hat Creek Grown. Stretch those legs and hunker down under the nearest oak tree with a deluxe picnic lunch, with your horse tied contentedly nearby. Hathaway Ranch is private property. Shasta Land Trust has obtained special permission to hold this event.
