It’s not complicated to make the real thing! Work alongside Pen to prepare three Thai dishes: Thai Steam Buns (bread dough, chicken or pork, mushrooms, and eggs), Fast Noodle Stir Fry (meat, vegetables, and rice noodles), and Larb Beef Salad (beef, cabbage or rice – often served as hors d’oeuvres).
