Chef Pen Boehm, originally from Thailand, invites you to explore unique tastes and learn the secrets of cooking authentic Thai food. It’s not complicated to make the real thing! Work alongside Pen to prepare three Thai dishes: Thai Steam Buns (bread dough, chicken or pork, mushrooms, and eggs), Fast Noodle Stir Fry (meat, vegetables, and rice noodles), and Larb Beef Salad (beef, cabbage or rice – often served as hors d’oeuvres). Afterwards, enjoy a delicious lunch from the feast you prepared.
