Wildways 2012

WILDWAYS 2012 Our annual Wildways series of events for 2012 will get underway with the Wildways Kickoff Party on February 25th at the Senior Citizens' Hall in Redding.  Tickets to the Kickoff are now on sale at the SLT office (stop by or call 241-7886) and over this website (click here ).  The Kickoff is the first opportunity to buy tickets to all the other events in the Wildways series for this year, so make plans to attend!       Full descriptions of the events in Wildways 2012 can be found here.  Tickets to events in the Wildways 2012 series will go on sale at the Kickoff Party on February 25th.  Following the Kickoff, you may purchase tickets to events on this website or at the SLT office, but your FIRST OPPORTUNITY to get tickets will be at the Kickoff, and some events will sell out!   We are very grateful to the many generous hosts and volunteers who work hard to produce this incredible collection of parties.  Wildways could not happen without the exceptional efforts of many Shasta Land Trust supporters who spend countless hours preparing this series of events.  A dedicated group of volunteers has created, developed, and scheduled the 22 of events in Wildways 2012.  The Wildways committee for 2012 includes Kathleen Gilman, Randy Bush, Diane Madgic, Francis Duchi, Caitlin O'Hara, Marilyn Thomas, Carolyn Ayres, Peggy Rebol and Ben Miles.  Thank you very much for all of your help.  We couldn't do it without this dedicated group! Wildways...Events in support of Shasta Land Trust Wildways provides you with the tremendous opportunity to support your local land trust and have a lot of fun at the same time! Shast Land Trust's Wildways is a series of unique and imaginative events scheduled throughout the year that are hosted by SLT supporters.  Some of the events are held on the grounds of SLT conservation easement projects and allow you to see firsthand some of the work that SLT is doing to preserve important land in this area.  Others are one-of-a-kind happenings that you simply cannot experience any other way.  But ALL of the events are truly unforgettable!
