Preserve the Local Harvest

Want a unique, fun activity and a way to add some delicacies to your pantry? Aunt Bee's Kitchen offers this hands-on event for preserving local foods. This class is for beginners, for people who want to enjoy a canning project with a fun group, and for people who want to learn new safety techniques. You will participate in a 3-hour session, learning two or three recipes using local fruit in season. You will get a hands-on experience with a small group of people in the teaching kitchen at the Redding School of the Arts. Children 16+ are welcome with a guardian.
