This is your chance to check out what it's all about during this event at a fraction of the price! Belcampo is known for its organic, grass fed, pasture raised animals and sustainable farming practices. Their 24,000 acre organic certified farm is at the base of Mount Shasta and offers breathtaking views.
Guests will be treated to a tour of the farm by James Rickert, Farm Director and will get the chance to observe butchery at its finest. Learn how Belcampo controls every aspect of its supply chain to provide quality meats. Visit their “you-pick” garden, orchards, and green house to get a taste of wholesome fruits and veggies and receive a hands-on lesson on how to correctly “spatchcock” a chicken! This one of a kind experience will be wrapped up with a gourmet farm-to-table style meal paired with locally crafted beer and wine.
