Join us for a memorable autumn evening at the Daniell Beaver Banks Preserve along the Sacramento River. Enjoy a catered dinner, live music, and local wine as the sun sets.
Hear inspiring stories about our conservation work and learn how your support protects wildlife habitat, working lands, open spaces, and recreational areas throughout our community. Guests can also bid on unique experiences, curated baskets, and local favorites in our silent auction.

Interested in sponsoring a table at the event? Click “Get Tickets” to view available sponsorship table options. Each sponsored table will feature your company name and logo or family name. We’ll contact you in the weeks leading up to the event to confirm how you would like your table to be recognized.
Lands Tables include 6 seats at your table, 2 local bottles of wine and premium seating.
Legacy Tables include 8 seats at your table, 3 local bottles of wine and premuim seating.

Our gates will be open at 5:15 PM for all guests to find parking, get checked in and grab a glass of wine or beer before the evening begins.

Not at all! Since this is a benefit event, smart or business casual attire is encouraged. The evening will be held outdoors on an open lawn, so please choose comfortable, grass-friendly footwear. Most importantly, come ready to enjoy a beautiful evening with us!

Yes! We have a two-acre parking area right onsite for our guests to use throughout the evening. Our wonderful board members will be there to help direct you when you arrive, so be sure to say hello!

You’re welcome to! We will accept both cash, checks and card throughout the evening for drinks, auction items, and donations. Bringing cash is completely optional, so simply choose whichever payment method is most convenient for you!

Silent Auction
This year’s Lands & Legacy Benefit Dinner will also feature a special silent auction filled with unique experiences, outdoor adventures, local favorites, thoughtfully curated baskets, and more. Browse the auction and place your bids while supporting Shasta Land Trust’s work to conserve the lands that make our region so special.

Auction Details
Bidding will close at 7:45 PM on October 10. Winning bidders will be notified at the conclusion of the auction.
Please note that all auction items must be picked up at the event that evening or from the Shasta Land Trust office during the following week. Additional arrangements may be required for certain experiences, certificates, or larger items.
All auction purchases directly support Shasta Land Trust and our work to conserve the beauty, character, and diversity of significant lands in Northern California.
